NAxtra™ 2.0 Aquaculture NA extraction kit (RUO)
NAxtra™ 2.0 Aquaculture NA extraction kit is a magnetic bead-based product intended for DNA and RNA extraction from various types of fish samples (e.g., kidney, gills, liver, spleen, swabs, blood, and ovarian fluid) in addition to filter samples from, for example, filtered seawater.
- The kit is developed to enable rapid and sensitive extraction of pure nucleic acids with high integrity for analysis in downstream applications such as qRT-PCR and next-generation sequencing.
- The kit is designed with high-throughput laboratories in mind, and is therefore currently only available in a format of 384 reactions.
- Note that the kit is intended for research use only.
