The Assay Genie in vivo functional-grade antibodies are high purity, low endotoxin monoclonal antibodies that can be used in translational & preclinical animal studies as well as in vitro functional assays. These antibodies have the highest quality standards in the industry with no detectable leachable protein A or aggregates, extremely low levels of endotoxin and up to ≥ 98% purity.
The Assay Genie in vivo antibodies are produced in a cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2015 certified facility & can be used for injection into animals on account of being pathogen-free (IDEXX Impact I PCR mouse pathogen profile).
This range of low- and ultra-low endotoxin antibodies have been tested for use in functional studies such as co-stimulation, depletion, blocking & neutralization experiments as well as applications such as ELISA, FC, ICC, IHC-PE, IHC-FF, IP, WB, ELISpot, CODEX® & CyTOF®.
The antibodies come in flexible pack sizes including 1mg, 5mg, 25mg, 50mg & 100mg pack sizes with custom packaging available on request too.
The catalog includes top targets such as immune checkpoint antibodies like PD-1 [clone RMP1-14], PD-L1 (B7-H1) [clone 10F.9G2], and CTLA-4 [9H10], as well as key targets for immune cell depletion e.g CD4, CD8 and many more.
